Heather is experienced and professional. I saw her first via you tube where I downloaded a trails map. I was intrigued by the originality of this idea and actually gave her a call to see if she wanted to sell a property I recently remodeled. I met Heather O’Leary when she was just getting started and doing open houses 7 years ago. I Wasn’t in the place to buy at the time and she kept in touch. I bought my first house with Heather in August of 2020 for less than asking when everyone was getting in bidding wars to buy houses. Last year we wanted to buy our dream house. Heather got us the house at $100k below the appraised value. A year later I went to refinance my house and it appraised at over $200k more than it did a year ago.
